License Agreement

This License Agreement is a binding contract between you and BestFab Software Limited, the operator of imagemint.org. Creating an account, uploading a file, or otherwise using the imagemint-org AI Photo tools — whether through a free trial quota or a paid plan — means you have read and agree to every clause in this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

BestFab Software Limited grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use imagemint-org for your own photo editing purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or share your plan with third parties; reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service; or use imagemint-org as a white-label, timesharing, or service-bureau offering.

You are responsible for everything you upload. By sending a file to imagemint-org you confirm that you own the image or hold sufficient rights to process it, and that your use complies with copyright, privacy, and publicity laws in your jurisdiction.

imagemint-org is licensed, not sold. An active plan permits use of the background removal and photo colorization tools for the duration of that plan. You may not repackage imagemint-org into a competing product, aggregate its output as part of a paid dataset, or use the service to train a competing AI model.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BestFab Software Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, or the cost of procuring substitute services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If any provision of this License is found unenforceable, it shall be modified only to the minimum extent necessary; the remaining provisions continue in full effect. You may not assign your rights under this License; BestFab Software Limited may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations, including as part of a merger or asset sale.

This License, together with any terms expressly incorporated by reference on imagemint.org, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service, and supersedes any prior conversation or assurance. For questions about this Agreement, please email [email protected].

The imagemint-org website, interface design, imagery, copy, source code, and all related intellectual property are owned by BestFab Software Limited and protected by copyright law. Mirroring, scraping, reposting, framing, or reusing any portion of the site without prior written authorization from BestFab Software Limited is prohibited. BestFab Software Limited reserves all legal remedies against such conduct.
