Sharing & Retention

We keep your personal data confidential. BestFab Software Limited does not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Exceptions are service providers operating under strict data-processing agreements on our behalf (payment processing, cloud hosting, transactional email), and any disclosure required by law. We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes listed above, or as required by applicable law.

Policy Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect product changes, new payment partners, or updated legal requirements. Revisions are posted on imagemint.org with a new effective date; continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Your GDPR Rights (EU & UK Residents)
