1. Use of Service
imagemint-org allows you to upload image files to our cloud so that our AI models can remove backgrounds or colorize photographs. You agree to upload only images you own or have a clear right to process, and to use the output in compliance with applicable copyright, privacy, and publicity laws. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — maintenance windows, capacity limits, or rare outages may briefly affect access.
2. Your Uploads
Your uploaded photos remain yours. We retain them only for the duration of processing, make the result available for download, then delete them from our servers. imagemint-org does not use your uploads for advertising, profiling, or model training.
